We do sincerely apologize if you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase due to a defect or damage. We will gladly exchange your item for an online store credit, if contacted within 4 days of delivery.
To request an exchange and store credit, , please email tsdaccessories@gmail.com with the following information: Full name, phone number, mailing address, order number, item description, receipt or proof of purchase, reason for exchange request, and a photo of the item.
****Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Items sent back to us without first providing the requested information will not be accepted.
Please Note:
All special orders, personalized items, masks, gift cards, sale items, or otherwise noted products are not returnable.
We reserve the right to request photographic proof of the production error or possible damage. We take great pride in creating quality products and ensuring they are in good condition at time of packaging. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
For items shipping within the US: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive your return, we will email you with a coupon in the amount of store credit.
Online store credit can be used for future purchases made on the site. Because our items are handcrafted in small quantities, some items that may no longer be available due to material supply, but we will always have new items in the newest colors and styles. Store credits are valid for up to 6 months from date issued.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that make the necessary corrections right away.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged for store credit. Custom made products (such as special orders, personalized items or masks) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
